All of the staff have pets of their own, so understand what it feels like when they are unwell. That's why you will always find a sympathetic ear to listen to your concerns at our clinic.
We believe spending time with our clients and their pets is the most important part of the service. Our consultations are 15 minutes to ensure we have the time to thoroughly examine your pet and listen to you thoughts.
Our nurses will spend time with you after consultations, operations or blood tests.
It's how we like to work.
The Veterinary Surgeons
Jim Rosser and Matthew Valentine have combined experience of over 35 years in practice. This gives us the ability to recognise and deal with most clinical problems. We try to ensure you have the continuity of care by scheduling appointments to see the same vet for an on-going problem.
The Veterinary Nurses
The nursing team has five Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons' Registered Veterinary Nurses. Julie Shallcross, Gemma Davies, Tina Thompson, Katie Wilson and Liz Lundie make up the team and perform essential roles for the practice. From surgical care to getting the pounds off the bigger canine citizens, the nurses are the first port of call for help and advice.
Anna Robinson and Jeanette Brittain are our receptionists, dealing first hand with enquiries in their own friendly fashion.
